Tendy 텐디는 아동의 안전을 최우선으로 하며, 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE)와 아동 성적 학대물(CSAM)을 엄격히 금지합니다.

Tendy 텐디는 성인 전용 서비스이지만, 서비스 내 아동 관련 성적 착취·학대 콘텐츠와 행위에 대해 무관용 원칙을 적용합니다.

1. 적용 범위와 기본 원칙

본 표준은 Tendy 텐디 서비스에서 생성, 게시, 전송, 공유되거나 서비스 이용 과정에서 발견되는 모든 콘텐츠와 행위에 적용됩니다.

Tendy 텐디는 아동을 성적으로 착취하거나 학대하거나 위험에 빠뜨리는 콘텐츠 또는 행위를 허용하지 않습니다. 여기에는 아동을 성적 착취 목적으로 유인하는 행위, 성적 협박, 성매매 및 인신매매, 성적 대상화와 기타 형태의 아동 성착취가 포함됩니다.

2. 금지되는 콘텐츠 및 행위

  • 아동 성적 학대물(CSAM)의 제작, 업로드, 저장, 전송, 공유 또는 거래
  • 실사 사진, 영상뿐 아니라 합성·변형·컴퓨터 생성 이미지를 포함한 아동 성착취 표현
  • 아동에게 성적 대화, 이미지, 영상 또는 만남을 요구하거나 유도하는 행위
  • 아동을 대상으로 한 그루밍, 성적 협박, 착취, 성매매 또는 인신매매
  • 아동의 성적 대상화 또는 성적 착취를 조장·미화·정당화하는 콘텐츠
  • 관련 콘텐츠의 위치, 접근 방법, 거래 방법을 안내하거나 연결하는 행위
  • 아동의 개인정보나 이미지를 성적 착취 또는 위해 목적으로 수집·배포하는 행위

3. 신고 방법

사용자는 앱 내 신고 기능을 통해 프로필, 사진, 채팅 메시지 및 계정을 신고할 수 있습니다. 신고는 해당 콘텐츠 또는 사용자 화면에서 이용할 수 있으며, 앱을 벗어나지 않고 제출할 수 있습니다.

긴급하거나 아동 안전과 직접 관련된 사안은 아래 연락처로도 신고할 수 있습니다. 신고 시 가능한 범위에서 사용자 정보, 발생 일시, 관련 화면 또는 내용을 함께 제공해 주세요. 단, 불법 콘텐츠 자체를 복제하거나 재전송하지 마세요.

4. 검토 및 조치

Tendy 텐디는 CSAE 또는 CSAM 관련 신고나 정황을 확인한 경우 다음과 같은 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.

  • 해당 콘텐츠의 즉시 차단 또는 삭제
  • 관련 계정의 기능 제한, 일시 정지 또는 영구 이용 정지
  • 재가입 또는 반복 위반 방지를 위한 합리적인 보호 조치
  • 증거 보존이 법적으로 허용되고 필요한 경우 관련 기록의 보존
  • 관할 법령에 따라 관계 기관 또는 사법기관에 신고 및 협조

5. 법률 준수 및 관계 기관 협조

Tendy 텐디는 서비스가 제공되는 국가와 지역의 아동 안전, 아동 성착취 방지 및 불법 콘텐츠 신고 관련 법률을 준수합니다. 법률상 의무가 있거나 아동의 즉각적인 안전을 위해 필요한 경우, 적법한 절차에 따라 관계 기관에 신고하고 조사에 협조합니다.

6. 이용자 보호 및 악용 방지

  • 성인만 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 연령 기준과 관련 절차를 운영합니다.
  • 차단 및 신고 기능을 제공하고, 반복 위반 또는 중대한 위험 계정을 제한합니다.
  • 정책과 운영 절차를 정기적으로 검토하고 필요한 경우 업데이트합니다.
  • 신고자와 피해자의 개인정보를 관련 법령 및 개인정보처리방침에 따라 보호합니다.

Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Tendy puts child safety first and strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Although Tendy is an adults-only service, we apply a zero-tolerance policy to any content or conduct involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

1. Scope and Core Standard

These standards apply to all content and conduct created, posted, transmitted, shared, or identified through the Tendy service.

Tendy does not allow content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes grooming for sexual exploitation, sextortion, child sex trafficking, sexual objectification, and any other form of child sexual exploitation.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

  • Creating, uploading, storing, transmitting, sharing, or trading CSAM
  • Sexual depictions of children, including real, altered, synthetic, or computer-generated imagery
  • Soliciting or encouraging sexual conversations, images, videos, or meetings involving a child
  • Grooming, sextortion, exploitation, prostitution, or trafficking involving children
  • Content that promotes, glorifies, normalizes, or justifies child sexual exploitation
  • Providing links, instructions, access methods, or trading information for prohibited material
  • Collecting or distributing a child's personal information or imagery for exploitation or harm

3. Reporting

Users can report profiles, photos, chat messages, and accounts through the in-app reporting feature. Reports can be submitted from the relevant content or user screen without leaving the app.

4. Review and Enforcement

When Tendy becomes aware of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we may take actions including:

  • Promptly blocking or removing the relevant content
  • Restricting, suspending, or permanently terminating associated accounts
  • Applying reasonable measures to prevent repeat abuse or re-registration
  • Preserving relevant records when legally permitted and necessary
  • Reporting to and cooperating with competent authorities as required by law

We assess reports based on their specific facts, user safety, the risk of evidence loss, and applicable legal obligations, and take appropriate and timely action.

5. Legal Compliance and Cooperation

Tendy complies with applicable child-safety, child-exploitation prevention, and illegal-content reporting laws in the countries and regions where the service is offered. Where legally required or necessary to protect a child from immediate harm, we report relevant matters and cooperate with competent authorities through lawful processes.

6. User Protection and Abuse Prevention

  • We operate age requirements and related procedures so that only adults may use the service.
  • We provide blocking and reporting tools and restrict repeat offenders or high-risk accounts.
  • We regularly review and update our policies and operational procedures.
  • We protect reporters' and victims' personal information under applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
